The "Tomioka Silk" edition takes its dial texture from the drape and sheen of hand-woven Tomioka silk, finished in a pearl-white shade with a fine, silk-like pattern and a subtle pearlescent shimmer.
The 38.0mm stainless steel case wears a pink-gold-toned coating and is fitted with a dual-curved sapphire crystal with an inner anti-reflective coating, measuring 43.8mm lug-to-lug and 12.9mm thick.
Seiko's in-house Calibre 6R51 automatic movement drives the watch, hand-windable with a stop-second function and roughly 72 hours of power reserve, worn on a dark brown leather strap with a three-fold clasp. It's part of a 2,000-piece limited run, each individually serial-numbered on a see-through screw case back.
