I was very disappointed with my Black Friday purchase as when I collected it in store at Hyde Park I discovered the sound ball was yellow /gold in colou. The item I clicked on to purchase showed a rose gold colour sound ball.
The locket and ball are both large size.
I would like to swap the gold / yellow coloured sound ball for a rose gold coloured one.
How do I go about this as I am sure the items are the same price?
Could you send a rose gold coloured ball to Hyde Park store?

The leather is durable and has a lovely finish. It is comfortable on the wrist
I made an online order for the TISSOT PR100, and it was delivered to the selected pick-up store in 2 days. The staff was friendly and assisted me in fitting the watch. I also left with a nice Tissot pen as a gift. The watch itself is lovely. It's weighty as a sign of craftsmanship, but not to the extent that it feels cumbersome.
I needed an everyday watch and why not a Casio pop. Best decision and I wasn't look for something big.
