RETURNS:
All orders, with the exception of earrings, can be returned within 7 days, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition as receiving it. Items need to be returned with all the original packaging, including your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase. We will happily exchange for it another item or we will refund you on the purchase price (less shipping costs).Please take note that watches need to be returned with the guarantee book, the watch box, as well as any links that may have been removed.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, for reasons not due to Bella Luna’s error, will not be accepted.
