Engelsrufer uses the highest quality alloy 925 sterling silver for its jewellery and uses rhodium plating to prevent tarnishing. They are also nickel free.

ROSE QUARTZ WITH LOVE & HARMONY
According to historical tradition, stones are said to have certain powers and functions. Known as the 'stone of love' rose quartz represents unconditional love that corresponds to harmonious and universal love. It can remove negative energies and can replace them with loving vibrations. The rose quartz enables the wearer to have an open heart ready to accept love. It can influence and strengthen the body and soul positively.

POWERFUL STONES: DISCHARGE, CLEAN AND RECHARGE - HOW TO DO IT!
Unloading (mechanical cleaning): Hold the stone under running water. Rub it gently with your fingers for a minute. Rub dry with a clean cotton cloth. The stored information can be easily removed.
Purification (energetic): Place the stone in a quiet place in a collection of hematites or amethysts overnight.
Charging (after cleaning): Moonstones can be charged by the moon and sunstones can be charged by the sun. Sunstones such as Aquamarine, Jasper, Tiger Eye, and much more are suitable for charging in the morning sun because the midday sun is too aggressive. For moonstones e.g. Agate, Lapis Lazuli, Malachite, Rose Quartz, and much more. No time is prescribed, but the red moon should be avoided.

RETURNS:

All orders, with the exception of earrings, can be returned within 7 days, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition as receiving it. Items need to be returned with all the original packaging, including your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase. We will happily exchange for it another item or we will refund you on the purchase price (less shipping costs).
Please take note that watches need to be returned with the guarantee book, the watch box, as well as any links that may have been removed.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, for reasons not due to Bella Luna’s error, will not be accepted.
