Bella Luna offers free shipping to anywhere in South Africa for all orders over R750. For orders that are below R750, there is a flat fee of R70.

Most in-stock items are dispatched in 2 - 5 business days of receiving cleared payment

We now offer FREE click & collect at 14 locations nation-wide.
Simply click on the "STORE PICKUP" button in your shopping cart, and select the store you'd like to collect from together with your contact details.
As soon as the store has your order ready for you to collect, they will give you a call.

RETURNS:

All orders, with the exception of earrings, can be returned within 7 days, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition as receiving it. Items need to be returned with all the original packaging, including your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase. We will happily exchange for it another item or we will refund you on the purchase price (less shipping costs).
Please take note that watches need to be returned with the guarantee book, the watch box, as well as any links that may have been removed.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, for reasons not due to Bella Luna’s error, will not be accepted.
